Cookie Policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We also use similar browser storage. Here is what we use and why.
Everyone
- Essential: remembers your cookie choice for a year, and your light or dark mode. These do not need your consent.
- Vercel Analytics counts page views without cookies.
Only if you accept
- Analytics (PostHog): counts visits and how features are used, so we can improve them. Lasts a year. It is off until you accept, and turning it off later removes PostHog's cookies.
Checkout (Paddle)
Paddle may set cookies when you open checkout, and on signed-in pages to recover failed payments. See Paddle's privacy notice.
Signed-in customers only
- Essential: keeps you signed in, protects the step where you connect HaloPSA, and remembers your sidebar and help card settings.
- Error recordings (Sentry): when something goes wrong, we keep a recording of the minute before the error and the rest of that visit, with your text and typing hidden, so we can fix it. It is sent only if an error happens and cleared when you close the tab. Public visitors are never recorded.
