Reporting a bug
How to send a bug report or feedback straight from the app, and what gets included.

Found something not working, or have a suggestion? You can send it to us directly from inside ElegantInsights.
Use the "Report a Bug" widget
ElegantInsights includes a built-in feedback widget. Look for the "Report a Bug" button in the app, then fill in the form:
Open the widget
Click Report a Bug. The form opens with your name and email pre-filled from your account where available.
Describe the problem
In the message box, answer "What's the bug? What did you expect?" A clear description of what happened and what you expected helps us reproduce it quickly.
Attach a screenshot (optional)
You can include a screenshot to show exactly what you saw. It's optional but very helpful for visual issues.
Send it
Click Send Bug Report. Your report is logged and raised with our support team.
What's included automatically
To save you time and help us diagnose issues, the report automatically captures helpful technical context alongside your message, such as the page you were on, your browser and viewport, and a timestamp. Your message and any screenshot are the only things you need to provide.
Bug reports are routed to our support team as tickets and prioritised by type. They are treated as high priority.
Locked out or can't sign in?
If you can't access your account (for example, you've lost your multi-factor authentication device), email us directly at support@elegantinsights.co.uk. For security reasons, resetting MFA requires identity verification, which the team will guide you through. See Recovering your account for the full steps.
