Sign up & secure your account

Create your ElegantInsights account, verify your email, and optionally turn on multi-factor authentication.

Getting started takes a few minutes: create your account, confirm your email, sign in, and, optionally but recommended, turn on multi-factor authentication.

Create your account

Fill in the sign-up form

On the sign-up page, provide:

  • First name and Last name
  • Email address
  • Company name
  • Password (at least 8 characters), and confirm it
  • Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Check your inbox

After submitting, you'll land on a confirmation screen letting you know a verification email is on its way. Email confirmation is required before you can sign in.

Don't see the email after a minute or two? Check your junk or spam folder, and add ElegantInsights to your safe senders so future emails land in your inbox.

Enter your verification code

Open the email and enter the 6-digit verification code on the verification screen. If the code has expired, you can request a new one from the same screen. Once verified, you'll be taken to the login page.

Sign in

Sign in with your email and password. If you haven't enabled multi-factor authentication, you'll go straight to the chat interface and can start asking for reports.

Your company name and plan are stored with your account at sign-up and used for billing and token allowances.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) adds a second step at login using an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy). It's optional, but strongly recommended for protecting your data.

Start setup

From the MFA setup screen, start the setup. ElegantInsights uses a time-based one-time password (TOTP) factor.

Scan the QR code

Scan the on-screen QR code with your authenticator app, or enter the provided secret key manually if you can't scan it.

Confirm with a code

Enter the 6-digit code shown in your authenticator app to confirm setup. Once verified, MFA is active on your account.

Keep a backup of your authenticator app or its recovery options. If you lose access to the app, you'll need it to sign in. If you're locked out, please reach out to support via email at support@elegantinsights.co.uk.
