ElegantInsights writes SQL for you in chat. Connecting your Halo instance turns that SQL into something you can act on: you can test a generated report against your own live data and, if it works, create it as a permanent report in Halo without leaving the chat.
What connecting Halo gives you
Once your instance is connected, a reply that contains SQL gains extra controls:
- Test reports against your Halo instance to confirm the SQL runs and returns what you expect.
- Preview the results inline when a test succeeds, so you can sanity-check the data before saving.
- Create the report directly in your Halo instance with one click.
Your Halo data stays in your instance. It is never sent to the AI. Only the error message from a failed test is shared back, so the AI can help fix the SQL.

The integration works with HaloPSA, HaloITSM, and HaloCRM. You connect using your instance URL and an OAuth application you create inside Halo.
