Changing your email
Move your ElegantInsights account to a new email address with confirmation.

You can change the email address you sign in with from the Personal Information area of the account page. The change only takes effect after you confirm it from your inbox.
Change your email address
Open the email editor
Under Email Address, your current email is shown. Select Change to expand the form.
Enter your new address
Type your New Email Address and re-enter it in Confirm Email Address. The two must match, and the new address must be different from your current one.
Send the confirmation
Select Update Email. ElegantInsights sends a confirmation email and shows "Email update confirmation sent. Please check your email."
Confirm from your inbox
Open the email and follow its confirmation step to complete the change. Until you confirm, you keep signing in with your existing email.
If you no longer have access to your current inbox, you may not receive the confirmation. In that case, recover access using the account recovery steps.
