Deleting your account
Permanently remove your ElegantInsights account and all associated data.

You can permanently delete your account from the Personal Information area of the account page. This removes your data and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account is irreversible. All your data - including your profile, subscriptions, and history - is permanently removed. Make sure you've exported anything you want to keep first.
Delete your account
Open the delete section
Under Delete Account, select Delete to expand it. A warning explains that the action is permanent.
Confirm with your password
Enter your account password in Confirm Password. This verifies it's really you before anything is deleted.
Delete
Select Delete Account. Once it completes, you're signed out and returned to the login page.
Deleting your account removes your subscription data along with everything else. If you only want to stop paying or change your plan, cancel or manage your subscription instead - see Manage your subscription.
