Deleting your account
Close your ElegantInsights account and have your data deleted.

You can delete your account from the Personal Information area of the account page. It closes your account straight away, and we delete your data within 30 days.
This can't be undone. Your subscription is cancelled immediately, you're signed out on every device and you can't sign in again. Export anything you want to keep first.
Delete your account
Open the delete section
Under Delete Account, select Delete to expand it. A warning explains what happens next.
Confirm with your password
Enter your account password in Confirm Password. This verifies it's really you.
Delete
Select Delete Account. Your subscription is cancelled, your HaloPSA connection is removed and you're signed out. We delete the rest of your data within 30 days.
If you only want to stop paying or change your plan, cancel or manage your subscription instead - see Manage your subscription. Changed your mind straight after deleting? Email support@elegantinsights.co.uk and we can reopen your account before your data is deleted.
