What the billing area covers - subscribing, managing your subscription, tracking token usage, and viewing past payments.

The billing area is where you start a subscription, keep your plan and business details up to date, track how many tokens you have used, and find your past payments. You will find it under your profile.

How billing works

ElegantInsights uses a monthly subscription. Your plan includes a monthly token allowance that powers the chat, and you can buy additional tokens on top when you need more headroom. Payments, invoices, and your payment method are handled through Paddle, our payment provider.

A subscription is required to use the chat. If you do not have an active subscription, the billing area shows you how to subscribe from instead of your usual subscription details.
